About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations at Synvik Businesses Pvt Ltd. The role involves planning, coordinating, and improving production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and operating procedures
- Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and supply chain teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures
- Monitor machine performance and recommend process improvements
- Prepare production reports and maintain relevant documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production floor issues
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
